The L.A. County District Attorney's Office has just rejected the case of Kevin Spacey who was accused of forcing a massage therapist(male) to touch his genitals during an in-home session back in then 2016.
The therapist had claimed that, he suffered emotional breakdown and distress from the incident but Spacey denied everything because the alleged victim passed away during their investigation. Without the victim, the D.A. said the case could not be proven as there can be no evidence(s). Law enforcement sources tell us the man died of natural causes a few weeks ago and so Kevin Spacey won't be charged in a sexual assault case in Los Angeles
